🏁 LAST WEEK OF REGULAR SEASON RACING
This is the final week of regular-season league racing! At each league’s last race, we’ll present our usual weekly individual awards:
- Fastest
- Fast
- Most Improved
Then we’ll celebrate our overall season-long champions and overall league award winners.
🏆 Overall Season Team Champions
- League Champions receive a Team Plaque
- Medallions awarded to 1st–3rd place teams
- Ribbons awarded to 4th–5th place teams
- Ties are broken using points from the 7th, 8th, and 9th racer, then bonus points
🥇 Individual Awards
(To qualify for these awards, you need to have attended a minimum of 4 of the 7 league races. If your league ends at Week 6, 3 of 6 league races are required.)
- Fastest and Most Improved are determined by rated handicap averages and improvement trends.
- Most Valuable Racer is determined by:
- Average medal earned
- Bonus points earned
- Attendance
- One Male or Female and one Boy or Girl (Family League) will receive the Most Valuable honor.

CHECK-IN: Racers can check in and boot up in the Sports Pavilion at the bottom of the hill above the parking lot. Everyone must check in to show their bib and ensure they have paid. You will also receive a door prize ticket to fill out for each division you are participating in.
- Friday Check in: 9:30 am – 2 pm
- Saturday Check in: 8 am – 1 pm
PARKING LOT: Racers are welcome to tailgate in the parking lot. Giants Ridge will have some food and drink available for purchase on Friday and Saturday. However, no outside food or beverage is allowed inside Giants Ridge facilities including the heated tent
AWARDS / RESULTS / SATURDAY AWARDS BANQUET 
All Divisions (1, 2, 3, and 4) race awards will be presented at the Saturday Night Awards Banquet & Party at the Lodge at Giants Ridge. We’ll keep the program moving while making sure every team and racer is recognized and celebrated. The Awards Banquet is open to everyone — and you do NOT need to participate in or purchase the buffet to attend. Come celebrate with us! 
Doors open at 6 pm. Buffet 6:30 pm. Awards start at 7 pm.
Friday Open Team Race: Awards will immediately follow the race in the Heated Tent at the bottom of the race runs.
King & Queen of the Hel: will be held at the End of Year Party on Saturday at 7 pm at Neighbor’s BBQ Bar and Restaurant in The Lodge at Giants Ridge.
DIVISION TEAM RACING: Team Division racing will be held on Saturday. All Division Team Racing is on Innsbruck. Plaques will be awarded to the winning team in each division. If you are on multiple teams per division, your scores will be transferred to the lower-ranked team for scoring purposes. You will be told what bib number you need to wear at check-in.
BIBS: Racers will wear regular-season bibs for racing. Everyone participating will be required to check in so we can make sure you have the correct bib and have paid. Racers who do not check in or pay will be unable to race. If you are on multiple teams within the same division, you will wear the bib for the highest-ranked team. You can race with any of your teams, but you must wear the highest-seeded bib for all your times to count toward all your teams.
