How a Double Header Race Works

Two races will be run consecutively on the same day.

For the first race, each racer will take one run on each course, following the running order from the first of the two scheduled weeks.

Once everyone has completed both runs, we’ll take a short break to slip the courses or make a minor reset as needed.

We’ll then begin the second race, again with one run on each course, using the running order from the second scheduled week.

Awards

Awards will follow the second race. We’ll hold a brief awards ceremony for each race, recognizing:

• Fastest
• Fast
• Most Improved

Team awards will be abbreviated depending on time available.

We understand that double headers aren’t ideal and that some racers may be unable to attend due to prior commitments. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this scheduling situation.
