We’re changing things up this year! All awards for Saturday’s events will be held Saturday night at The Lodge at Giants Ridge. We will not be using the garage this year.
During the day, Giants Ridge will provide a large, heated tent at the bottom of the hill with tables and chairs. This will be the main gathering spot for food and beverages. The Sprung Building will remain open for registration, check-in, and booting up.
For the Friday Open Team Race, awards will be presented immediately after the race in the heated tent.
Saturday night, we’ll celebrate the end of the season at The Lodge at Giants Ridge by honoring all Saturday Division race winners and crowning the King & Queen of the Hel. Neighbor’s BBQ will be catering the event, and you can sign up for the buffet through the online registration form. You do NOT need to purchase the buffet to attend the awards ceremony and party—everyone is invited.
All racers who participated in a Saturday race will have the chance to be entered into a drawing for great prizes. A cash bar will be available, and once the awards program wraps up, everyone is welcome to head up to the bar and keep the celebration going.
