We’re changing things up this year! All awards for Saturday’s events will be held Saturday night at The Lodge at Giants Ridge. We will not be using the garage this year.

During the day, Giants Ridge will provide a large, heated tent at the bottom of the hill with tables and chairs. This will be the main gathering spot for food and beverages. The Sprung Building will remain open for registration, check-in, and booting up.

For the Friday Open Team Race, awards will be presented immediately after the race in the heated tent.

Saturday night, we’ll celebrate the end of the season by honoring all Saturday Division race winners and crowning the King & Queen of the Hel at The Lodge at Giants Ridge. Neighbor’s BBQ will be catering the event. When you sign up for the awards ceremony, you’ll be entered into a drawing for great prizes. A bar will be available, and after the awards program wraps up, everyone is welcome to head up to the bar to keep the celebration going.
