10:00am – 11:00am – Coat Race: Jam format. Take as many runs as possible in one hour wearing warm-ups or work clothes

11:30am – 12:30pm – Suit Race: Jam format. Take as many runs as possible in one hour wearing race suits or without a coat

12:30pm – 1:30pm – Lunch

2:00pm – 3:00pm – Slalom Race: stubby gates, Jam format. Take as many runs as possible in one hour.

3:00pm – 5:00pm – Awards & NASTAR instructional presentation (Paul’s)
